Trail Night on Far Out / Flashback - Test Ride and Grand Opening Celebration - July 16 @ 5:30 PM
Calling all hardworking volunteers and generous supporters: this week's “Trail Night” will be a ride to celebrate our grand opening of Far Out and Flashback. Bring your bike, leave your sweaty gloves and tools at home, and come enjoy all the hard work that you’ve put into this amazing trail project!
You must register in advance to attend and you must be a WORCA member to register.
The deadline to register is 4PM the day of the event.
Location
Ride start is at House Rock - head along the Black Tusk FSR (aka Westside Main Rd) until you see the WORCA Trail Night sign. If coming by car, please park at the Interpretive Trail parking (entrance of Cheakamus) or the two road-side parking lots as you enter Cheakamus prior to the FSR.
Meet at 5:30 PM; rides will start between 5:45 and 5:55 PM depending on the distance you want to ride - a full loop of Far Out / Flashback vs. smaller loops. This is a family-friendly fun social ride, not a race. We'll have marshals out there to help get everyone back to the apres at around the same time for hot dogs and cold non-alcoholic drinks.
Get 1 free Bike Park ticket each time you volunteer at 3 trail nights or mornings.
