Trails Update: September 9, 2022

YAY for short weeks!

Sadly, the weather forecasters were wrong about the long weekend and a measly 10mm of rain fell. I know that’s a strange sentiment. The precipitation barely made the surface wet and did not change our dust situation. 

We used the shortened holiday week to hit up some “urgent” bridge upgrades before this week’s and next’s Toonie courses. Benoit and Andreas replaced some curved bridges in the south part of A River Runs Through It while Scott, Liam and “short” Michal tackled the last bridge on Lower Tunnel Vision. That one needed a re-alignment since no one likes 90 degree corners onto bridges… That completes our work on Tunnel Vision for this season so I encourage you to go check it out.
