Qualifications:

• Demonstrate our core values around WORCA DIRT CAMPS, Integrity, Community and Environment, Uncompromising Safety

• Level 1 Mountain Bike Instructor Development Program course or equivalent mandatory

• Previous mountain bike instructing experience

• Minimum Current OFA Level 1 (B.C. Certified) an asset

• Strong mountain bike skills

• Good physical condition

• Local trail knowledge

• Required to complete a criminal record check
