On the first Thursday after the Toonies wrap up we're going to hold our Annual General Meeting.  Join us at the Cinnamon Bear Bar in the Hilton at 7pm (doors open at 6:30pm) as we chat about the 2014 season and our plans for the future.All Board of Director positions are up for re-election but we do have four openings.  Louise MacDougall (PR) and Eric Walton (D. at Large) are stepping down this year.  If you are interested you need to attend the AGM for nomination.Directors needed for:

  • DH/Special Events
  • Skills
  • Secretary
