Alpine Sproatt Trail

From what I saw in the Deep Summer Photo challenge and social media, the trail is producing some epic pictures!The Lord of the squirrels crew was off last week for a well deserved mid-summer vacation.Raph had a Crankworx stay-cationDakota rode the Chilcotins and had some cottage time in OntarioJordan worked on his boat and went home to the ShuswapI (Dan) road-tripped to Sun Peaks for some steeps, Silverstar to check out "Beowulf", Rossland for the 7 summits and Cypress to send off "shoreplay" before it's demise on Monday (sadface), photo below:We're back at it on Monday for the final push to Camp lake.Come up and see us!

Trail Maintenance in Whistler Valley

This week on the valley maintenance crew we decided to take a little time off due to the heat and the fact that there is a little bike event in town called Crankworx.  We did help run a trail morning on the bottom of A Cut Above sponsored by Freehub Magazine that was very productive with a great turnout from the youth program where we got some capping done as well as the last section of benching near the bottom. We will be back at it again up in Jane Lakes next week.
