2015 WORCA Dirt Camp #1 Group PhotoDuring the summer months WORCA holds youth dirt camps, fully coached and supported for three different ages ranging from 6 to 15. The focus of the Dirt Camps is safety, fun, and mountain bike skill development, in that order. Your son or daughter will be encouraged to develop in all three of these areas. Each camp will be capped with a 5:1 kid to coach ratio. Dirt camps run from 9am until 3pm from Monday to Friday and campers meet at the Waldorf School at the Spruce Grove Ball Diamonds (after-care is available for the child camps through Bricks 4 Kidz). Arrive early on the Monday to sign waivers and meet the coaches, a parent or legal guardian MUST attend Monday morning in person to sign the waiver. The weekly fee for 2016 Camps is $347, there is a $100 discount for children attending all Whistler and Pemberton schools and second home owners in Whistler (proof required).Registration for 2016 camps opens online on April 1st at 9pm. All children are required to be WORCA members to take part in a camp and should be bought when registering for camp. Note that where there is significant demand we endeavour to add coaches to camps to create more space so please add your kids to the wait list so we can gauge interest in specific camps; places in camps are released to participants in the order that they are added to the wait list.[button link="https://thriva.activenetwork.com/Reg4/Form.aspx?IDTD=3907897&RF=12010207" target="_blank" color="#28c8e5" text="light"]Register for a 2016 Dirt Camp[/button][spacer size="10"]
